  • Only items that have a manufacturing defect, wrong item delivered, or size mismatch are eligible for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments will be issued via bank transfer or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad).
